Do I need a card for the trial?+
No. The 3-month trial requires no payment details.
What happens after the 3 free months?+
You continue on the €39.00/mo plan. We notify you before it ends and you can cancel anytime. You can also pay yearly, with 2 months free. The yearly price covers the base plan, extra practitioners (€190.00 a year each) and the flat-price add-ons. Usage-based add-ons (messaging, Telemedicine Pro) are always billed monthly.
Is there a contract commitment?+
No. You pay monthly or yearly, with no contract, and you can cancel with no fee.
Who owns the patient data?+
You do. The data is yours, stored in the EU and exportable at any time.
What does the clinic website include?+
Also included: a page for every practitioner and every service, FAQ, a gallery, texts in several languages, a privacy notice for patients, and a count of bookings made on the site. You buy the domain from your own provider and connect it yourself, and you write the texts and upload the photos yourself. The site runs on Medkit, so there is nothing to install or update. Included: you can remove the “Powered by Medkit” line from the site footer at no extra cost.
How does appointment messaging work?+
WhatsApp, Viber and SMS — if a patient cannot be reached on one, the next one is tried. WhatsApp and Viber are charged only when the message is delivered; an SMS is charged when we hand it to the mobile operator, even if it never arrives. Choose whether top-up packs are added automatically, or messaging pauses until you buy more. Email always goes out first. A patient we cannot reach on any phone channel still gets their notification by email.
How is video consultation time counted?+
Time is counted per started 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment — a consult of up to 30 minutes uses 0.5 h of your allowance, one of up to 60 minutes uses 1 h. The number of participants never changes the price.
